I do not think there are any reports required. The only thing that needs to be done is whomever pays the athlete, they have to get a 1099. I do know the AD's are fully able to help the athlete navigate the agreement and tax consequences. I think the athletes can hire an agent on that side (but could be wrong).

Please explain why this message is being reported.
