PBS should get tax breaks and or public funding. Would we have had independent journalist like Chris Hedges without it? Plus Doctors without borders is financed by churches and individuals such as my self. It is the best world wide propaganda that you can have. Spreads never forgetting good will. a Well spent foreign aid (real foreign aid).
