fully functional is Duke. UCLA, Kansas, North Carolina, Kentucky, UCONN all a little above average. I don't like the chaos NIL and the annual free agency of the portal have caused but the one thing it has done is level the playing field. We would be losing every game again this season if not for NIL.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Duke fall if Flagg goes pro.
