get your genitals directly into the coffee. but you can't just expose your dick or your balls, you have to get both. which can be tricky if, like me, you enjoy the burden of significant girth. so you have to do things one at a time. first your scrotum, letting it rest in the scalding hot coffee. then your penis. if it's too hot you can go for more of a quick-dipping motion, even alternating back and forth between your scrotum and your penis. it shouldn't take long for your body to acclimate to the temperature, or for your genitals to lose all feeling. whichever happens first.
