That over the previous decade since 2014, MU was the worst program in conference by a pretty decent margin. In a year where nearly everyone is good, the doormat has leaped over many now formidable programs. That is really hard to do.

I would say 2007-08 to 2008-09 was a bigger and better turnaround at MU, and probably 1992-93 to 1993-94. But beyond those examples this is probably on pace for 3rd best turnaround in program history.
