I believe the U.S. will push Zelensky out before negotiations with Russia can move forward to end the war. Zelensky sees the writing on the wall and knows his days are numbered. He has complained that 38% or roughly $117 billion in American aid earmarked for the Kiev regime never got there. I doubt a complete audit is possible. The laundering of kickbacks through dummy corps and charities will be much harder to trace than the Chelsea Clinton grift.
