power and to keep people on the defensive. That makes it a little tricky to know for sure what he actually wants & what his true plans are... but if one takes his recent proposal at face value, he would be talking about relatively high tariffs permanently.
Hopefully that is coupled with a major downsizing of government.
We shall see, I suppose.
