The advisor grabs a seat at the end of the bar and orders a drink.
2 stools down sits a CPA.
The CPA looks at the financial advisor and says,
"What is the difference between death and taxes?"
"I don't know...", replied the financial advisor.
"Congress doesn't meet every year to figure out how to make death worse."

It would be nice if Trump's proposal to shut down the IRS & eliminate income taxes came to fruition... and works well.
It would certainly eliminate a ton of time, paperwork, bureaucracy and tens of thousands of highly skilled, highly paid individuals figuring out all of the loopholes and either taking advantage of them or modifying them or adding to them for various reasons.
It would also probably reduce some of the incentives for bribes and graft in congress.
Trump is trying to grow the job market, but not for lobbyists, tax planners, lawyers & government bureaucracy.
