would bring home the Southwest model airplanes, airline luggage hauler, etc...toys for my son who was like 5 years old.
Anyway we would use our SW points for all of our vacations so it was the only airline he knew. So he wanted a Southwest themed birthday party so I told one of the flight attendants that, and she set me up with a huge bag of their roasted peanuts and a huge bag of pretzels and pilot wings for every kid to pin on their shirt, and we had an airplane cake.
It was a nice gesture of her, and the kids loved it. LOL - such a weird birthday party theme, but it was a hit.
My how time flies...that kid is now in college. Kids like the weirdest stuff...
