he wanted to avoid the racial diversity of KCMO, in particular the public schools.

He's like Carlos Rossi in that regard (e.g. http://www.tigerboard.com/boards/view.php?message=19368749 )

The coded terms he used were more subtle than Rossi's "Canadians"... I can't remember which board it was on or what to search for exactly, otherwise I'd provide the link.
