under normal merit-based hiring & training standards, resulting in less-qualified women & minorities getting jobs over more-qualified white men.
There have been an increasing number of class-action lawsuits over this in recent years due to an uptick in "DEI" based racial discrimination. For example -

If you open your eyes you'll realize that anti-white racial discrimination is rampant now. And democrats do it out in the open, as if they're proud of being racists, until they face lawsuits for violating Civil Rights laws. California has tried to abolish its Civil Rights laws to allow racial discrimination against white men, of course it would still be a violation of federal law.
