resignation package that may require work from home (OPM has apparently backtracked on that and said people would be placed on admin leave, but there's no reg or statute that backs up anything they say or whether or not the "severance" is even legal.)

Employees could theoretically accept this "offer" and get stiffed on the compensation, which is entirely in character for our deadbeat felon president
