change (which I definitely disagree with) so he does take a stand on some things. I would expect that any nominee for a cabinet position would agree well over 90% of what the president wants to do or believes in. Why else would he be nominated?

The absolute worst lapdog nominee was Mayokus who lied constantly to the American people and did more to harm this country than anything Kennedy could do. Kennedy is a flawed nominee, no doubt about that, and his past leaves him open for the Dems to easily pick him apart.

Personally, I have no issues with his nomination.
