else up, or at least not more so than alternative candidates, I would consider his presidency to have been a success.
If he made significant progress on 3, 4 or 5 of those I think most people would consider that feat a roaring success... but if he started a nuclear war, or set things in motion for a dictatorship or a variety of other really bad things, that could turn what would have been a roaring success into a terrible or even catastrophic failure. That is what I was thinking of.
