Essentially end inflation*
Essentially end unemployment*
Essentially end drug abuse*

Make our military free, fair and feared
Unify the nation
Eliminate affirmative action, DEI and CRT
Improve education and dramatically raise test scores across the board
Would you acknowledge he was successful/wonderful? What if the five issues he solved were the least important in your estimation...?
* By "essentially" i mean that since there will always be some duggies, some bums and some inflation those problems won't be eradicated, just mitigated to the point where they are not quality of live issues.
