of the usc,e contract. it's sorta like drink's. the department has money to throw at "meh" coaches because they are in the sec. why did you do that: because we can.

however, although money is important there is a threshold. otherwise, guys like mark few, chris klieman, bob mckillop, and a raft of others would have moved to different schools paying more.

there is a hierarchy of needs. money is well down the list once the basics are satisfied. people without it simply can't comprehend the rule.
