Big 10 really wants any of your players or coaches then they will take them.

Sure you can get your mandatory team into the playoffs, but as each year goes on moving forward your teams will be weaker and weaker to the point where it won't even matter that you make the playoffs because the SEC and Big 10 teams will be insanely stacked due to money that the Big 12 won't have.
