So common sense would say that if a citizen of a country, living in the country, and has a child in that country, that child would automatically be a citizen. Making an argument that the child isn’t would be difficult if not absurd. Unless you want to take a shot at it. The counter argument, birthright citizenship for non citizens, can’t follow that simple logic and again, I’d love to hear the rationale other than, it’s what the constitution says.
