Trump prop up Iran? Laughable...confused by your premise. On this very board, I've only heard that Iran is weak...never has anyone on this board said Iran was strong to be then become weak. If anyone claims that now it's to gain political points. Iran is stronger than it has been just look at history. Iran supplies Russia now, that would unheard of during the Shah's reign. And before the Shah? Russia was rolling in troops (only because the Shah didn't want to fight, not because Iran was defeated) but it shows how much influence other countries had with the Shah. Iran may be more repressive in its dress code but the amount of its own people it has brought out of poverty and the amount of regional sway it has is unheard of since the Safavid era. No country can mess with Iran now unless they want a real war...I'm talking way way worse than Vietnam. Iran will soon have nuclear weapons and it will get stronger.

Biden said Iran is weak today, 16 Israeli soldiers were killed and the Houthis struck Mossad bases with a "weak" Iran...while Iranians did not engage. Iran will take that designation, the reality is way different.

Iran will get only stronger in the years to come.
