McCarthy was 1-3 in the playoffs with 2 of those losses coming in the first round at home as a higher seed. They flat out choked. Didn't use the talent they had in the way they should have been and wasted it.

Dude lost the locker room including their best player in Micah Parsons.

Disaster is the ONLY word that can be used to describe what they Cowboys were during McCarthy. Its only because clowns like Brian Daboll are far worse that he survived as long as he did.
