And your premise is entirely wrong.

Now if I had come on this board and demanded that the media stop mentioning Mel Tucker, and got all outraged when they did, then you'd have a similar situation, but I haven't so you don't.

We get it, some people are tired of hearing about black folks. Maybe it's jealousy, maybe it's racism, or maybe some people just like to ***** for the sake of *****ing who knows. What I do know is that this kind of reporting isn't going to be changing any time soon. There are a whole lot of "firsts" for black folks that have yet to heppen yet. You wonder why the media reports on it, its because its significant that here we are 249 years after the founding of this country and we are just now getting around to having some of these "firsts". There is a reason for that, i'll let you figure out why that is.
