Biological issues. Relationship issues. It drains efficiency. Even if you find the rare woman who may be able to meet the lower end of the requirements, they are at the lower end and the other issues remain. Men and women are not the same, and it goes beyond muscle mass and structure. To deny this makes people feel enlightened, but it denies biology and history.
