to happen and MUCH larger systemic problems are the cause than any water or brush control policies or budget cuts or DEI hires.

Of course trumplicans will never consider their enthusiastic backing of polluters and despoilers -those that cause climate change and inappropriate zoning
as being a much more realistic blame.
