require each team to have two white or asian cornerbacks and at least one of them must start each game and play at least half of the snaps on defense.

Talent doesn't matter.

But the nfl is based on one thing, winning.

Everybody has roughly the same OPPORTUNITY to make a team. The nfl won't miss a talented white cornerback (if they exist) and they won't be required to play one and pay one, who is not qualified.
