That is why they hire idiots, morons and derelicts because they really don't think they need to do anything. They just have to stand there and check whatever box their demographics dictate.

So when things don't work, the entire agency or department has to find scapegoats. All those people are really any good at his finger pointing. Trying to point fingers and blame others.

Drones in the sky, self driving cars, computerized systems, police work done by technology, facial recognition and cameras. No need for actual people.

So they can find the stupidest, laziest, non-English-speakingest people to do the jobs as long as their DEI requirements are met.
