nobody ever suggested the entirety of LAFD leadership is DEI or female. The chief herself said they were going to start focusing on more DEI hires, and people are simply pointing that out. That sort of practice is stupid in the corporate world, but it’s dangerous for an FD (especially if standards are lowered). The left, such as yourself, hates when these policies are exposed and blow up in their face. It’s good to see you still pumping up liberal opinion pieces though.
