I am not sure she is wrong Constitutionally. Justice Scalia talked about the necessity to often have personal dislike for your decisions if you are going to show fidelity to the law as the job is to interpret the law as it is. Not as you wish it were.

Still trying to wrap my head around this issue, but I am not sure she did the wrong thing here allowing the process to play out.
