Our mens basketball team NIL is very competitive. The freshmen are all getting a very large amount in their first season.
We do need a mega donor or two for baseball and WBB.
To get a good women’s team we likely need a million per year for the head coach, 3/4 of that for assistant coaches, and a million in NIL for players. That’s what our opponents in the SEC are paying in a lot of cases. The elite teams much more.
