been an odd pet peeve to me. There are people hired with a job duty to gather carts and bring them in, whether its from the cart return area or loose around the lot. If there's a cart in a parking spot I want, then I can understand the frustration. But someone leaving it on a median instead of the return doesn't really get me worked up.
