An important factor in building a good team these days is what support you are getting from the administration concerning NIL. I know of a recruit that one of our biggest rivals recently signed. She got $50,000 for signing a letter of intent to attend, a new car, and a $200,000 promise during her career at the school. I imagine that means she has to stay 4 years to get the total amount. Yes, Mizzou was recruiting this girl. This isn’t a player in the top 25 of recruits in her class. This isn’t an unusual amount for a good player from what I have heard.

We need a benefactor for the WBB program.

It’s going to be hard to get a respected coach like Kellie Harper without a strong NIL program. I like the career of the Grand Canyon coach too. It’d be career suicide to attempt to build an SEC WBB program without a serious financial commitment.
