They pay well, plenty of sick time, vacation, with zero responsibility for doing your "actual" job.

So, they do what ever they want and feel called to pursue.
Grooming kids, teaching DEI principles, transing them.

with zero fear of prosecution, or firing.

Public schools attract the Ras, Fiji personality types.

That's not good for anyone.
