How do you define constantly scrutinized?

If my Demographic was prone to terrorism at a high level then yes I'd understand the scrutiny even if I was innocent and it was discouraging.

Am I for Cops stopping any demographic on the Street if they are suspicious acting in nature, for the proper constitutional inquiry. They can come From the toothless White Trash trucker wearing Meth head demo or the white 1% Biker game looking criminal demo to the Black or Latin Gang looking demo to the Asian gangs as well.


The issue is that Cops are often so uneducated on the Constitution and the Law that they infringe and Abuse at every minute they enter act with the public. And then they are not held accountable for these actions as they should be. And I know this is probably a bug a boo with you as it is me.


The difference between me and my fellow conservatives is they are a bit more lenient and let LEO slide for the so called Greater good. To fix the issue you punish hard and punish often till the Letter of the law is driven home to the LEO community. Then no rights will be infringed upon 9 out of 10 times.
