Yes profiling is done at every level. And I freely admit it's not perfect and it can be messy. But you Focus operations on those who fit the profile first and foremost and you Deny them entry as and error on the side of caution to protect actual citizens first.

It's not unlike recruiting Athletes... you don't look for College athletes at the Fat Camp for Short people....


To much effort has been extended to the demographics who are are Anti-Americans in a Virtue Signal to not offend.


And it's always a You/US or them issue. If the U.S. govt was bending the laws against non-citizens or those outside the Norm most would not care.


EO9066 is a great example of that.....
