Kellie Harper has a lot of experience and is a well-known name nationally, she should initially be able to recruit. She could sell the fact that in her last six seasons of coaching she went to the NCAA Tournament every time (excepting the COVID year) and made three sweet 16s in that time). Her only tie to Missouri is her five years of coaching at Missouri State but maybe she would be interested, hard to know. She might not want to have to coach against her alma mater and most recent institution of Tennessee or she might relish the opportunity.
Molly Miller is a very intriguing option. Her wins loss record is outstanding but it would be a step up in competition from Grand Canyon to the SEC. She has coached against some Power 4 teams, winning on the road at Arizona already this year. She'd have to prove she could recruit and identify talent at the SEC level but I have a feeling she could. If you watch her interviews she has a fair amount of charisma, is a strong communicator, and has spent most of her life in Missouri except for the last few years, although I think I read that she has family now in the Las Vegas area so may be happy to stay there.
What might help recruit her, besides coming home to Missouri, is that she could more than double her salary by coming to Mizzou. And maybe she would welcome the bigger challenge. It sounds like she focuses on pressure defense and up tempo offense; that could potentially translate well in the SEC but would require a roster rebuild to get faster players. I like the fact she is a younger coach that would seemingly bring a lot of energy to the program. I also think she would be a popular hire with the fan base (being from Missouri and fairly charismatic) and that would help initially attract more fans to the games (of course winning matters most for attendance).
A couple of interviews with her:
