Of course they are. But none of those for mentioned entities are crushed, actually far from it. What amkes you think that their air defense doesn't exist, what have you been listening to? They have a pretty good over the horizon radar system several S400 systems along with their own copies plus Microwave jamming systems provided by Russia and China.
