Trump is not in a decline mentally his cognitive functions are very normal for his age. Is he as sharp as he was at 40 nope.

He is not close to the level that Joe Biden was throughout his presidency.

I watched every second of his Joe Rogan interview and did a Multi Axial cognitive analysis on mental ability and retention and he was above average for his age. I'm 100% certain he would easily pass a baseline 50 question cognitive test.
