Would you rather have an honest, moral, ethical President who is ineffective in implementing policy or a self serving man who is morally inconsistent yet effective in implementing policy?

I’ll take the honest, moral, ethical President every time. Because while he failed to implement his policy, at least I know his policy was not from a self-serving nature.
