I leterally dont speak russian, so I cant link a direct putin quote, but in about 2 minutes I found about 20 similar quotes from various places. It is very well known what his views are. Ask Georgia, Crimea, Ukraine, and any of the other nervous countries around them. No surprise that Norway and Sweden wanted to join NATO. They don't want to have to learn Russian either.
