They hate Texas. Therefore, they wanted to end the relationship with Texas, so they moved to the SEC where they would no longer be forced to play (associate with) an entity they hate.

That's how marriages work as well. If a husband & wife grow to hate each other, they no longer want to live and interact with each other.

Leaving the Big 12 allowed us to put KU in the rear-view mirror and forget about them completely.

But you KS Citians cannot let go. It's pathetic.
