1. 4 seperate tournaments - Gold 1-36, Silver 37- 73, Bronze 74-109, aluminum (toilet) everybody else
2. likely true
3. be sure Army/Navy are in the same tournament level. THE CCGs are likely going away anyway - done right the matchups in the 12 groups would draw more anyway
4. yeah, that half the allure of the CFP
