end zone and it goes to the 25, not 35. That way, you don't have to worry about the supposed injuries that are (not really) happening from the collisions since the kicking team would always probably hammer it into the end zone. Why? Because they wouldn't have a problem with letting the receiving team start so far away from midfield, but the receiving team would get an extra 5 yards from how it used to be.
No onside kick. Instead the team needing the ball back would get one snap facing 4th and 15. Where this play takes place isn't relevant. If they convert, then they get the ball at midfield, 1st and 10, and it's a normal possession.
