I think he thought he was going to roll up to the athletic facilities thinking he was one of the best players on the team.

Nope. He's a 5 Star guy because he's one of the best freshman in his freshman recruiting class. Not even close to being one of the best on the team. Other 3 and 4-star guys have had years of development, and they're better than him.

Welcome to reality kid.

Now, at Nebraska, he may actually be one of the better kids on that team overall. Nebraska has really struggled the last 5-6 years.
