Obama didn't ruin health care it is exactly the same program that was active in Massachusetts that was installed by both parties. One of the main problems is called capitalization. Insurance get the money up front by what that patient is expected to need. Medicare and Medicaid both work that way. They keep what they do not use and insurance companies are always finding ways to keep that money. I managed an office for 10 Speech therapist and am very familiar with pay out now in Missouri a lot of therapies were not covered by Medicaid. So they went with out. One reason we have all of these developmentally challenged people on this board
