Opinion.

People think it will water down the regular season, but in my opinion it would make for a lot better games during the year if teams are just trying to play competitive games and improve for the tournament.

Good or bad the current system lends itself to people taking the safer way unless they are a top 10 program. I’d rather see a ton of good early season games and more teams around 500 in the tournament.
