ESPN promotes what ESPN programs

As a hockey fan, that is why I am glad the NHL went out and got a contract with ESPN. When NBC had the contract, the only time ESPN would talk NHL was either during the Finals, or if there was some big news.

Since we can get highlights on demand, the need for shows like Sportscenter is zero anyways. And 90% of sports talk is as unbearable as politics talk as well, with the exception of big events, as they can give insight and some focus to that. It is just noise now.
