So probably Boise St, which will knock out a Big 10 or SEC team.

ND, Big 12, ACC, Boise St are 4 teams, the other 8 are Big 10 and SEC. Maybe it goes 5 SEC, 3 Big 10, but given that the Big 10 has 4 of the top 5, it's likely 4 and 4.

I don't really see either conference getting 5 teams in.
