Mo matter how bad your program, you don’t even consider hiring someone who has never coached. If Sophie wants to be a head coach someday, and I don’t know that she does, she will first be a grad asst somewhere, then an assistant for 4 or 5 years at least, then a head coach.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
