And replace them with others. If they are poor performers and not doing a job, is that job even needed. People are only part of the problem. Power is the big problem. Pretty much all of what Trump addresses is people.

And given how Trump is with personal Vandettas, him making decisions , no thanks.

Should federal employees have the same standards as private employees. Hell yes
