First was his leaving the care package in Theo's hotel room. Very weird motivation
Not directly him, but the stupidity of Cook saying the 12th man is nothing, and then reading about how they played that quote at the stadium during the game. (and that same person mentioning how lout it was
It probably did not help that he did not seem fully prepared for that game either
