Gates' 2nd season SHOULD NOT change the bar. Just because we've seen how low we can go doesn't mean the bar lowers.

Around .500 overall is still a bad season. Especially when you have 6-10 wins scheduled annually. If you win those and simply go .500 against everyone else you're a 20+ win team.
